We collect information you provide, including parent account details, family names, child profile names, allowance settings, APR settings, deposits, withdrawals, jobs, proposals, invoices, and notes you choose to enter.

We may also collect session identifiers, device information, authentication status, push notification tokens, and basic usage information needed to operate, secure, and improve Tiny Treasury.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide the app, keep family treasuries connected to the right accounts, calculate displayed balances and interest, process allowance schedules, send requested notifications, troubleshoot issues, and protect against misuse.

Child Information

Tiny Treasury is designed for parent-managed family records. Parents and guardians are responsible for deciding what child information to enter and for keeping that information accurate. We do not knowingly ask children to create independent accounts without parent involvement.

Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host the service, store data, authenticate users, deliver notifications, send communications, or comply with legal obligations. These providers may only use the information to support Tiny Treasury or as legally required.

Retention and Deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Tiny Treasury, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of account or family data by contacting us. Some information may remain in backups or logs for a limited period.

Account and Data Requests

Parents and guardians can request help with account access, family records, or deletion by emailing support@tinytreasury.app. We may ask for information needed to verify that the request is coming from the account owner or an authorized guardian.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No software service can guarantee perfect security, so you should use strong device and account protections.

Changes

We may update this policy as Tiny Treasury changes. If the changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the app or another appropriate channel.
